Suffolk Game Fair 2011

Over the Bank Holiday weekend of Sunday 2nd and Monday 3rd May, a host of rural displays and trade stands will descend upon Glemham Hall near Woodbridge for the popular Suffolk Game and Country Fair.  New for 2010 are a side saddle demonstration and lurcher displays, while the popular beer festival will continue after last year’s successful launch, with the addition of live music into the Summer’s evening on Sunday.

Clay Shooting

For shooting enthusiasts there is clay pigeon shooting including clay snooker – bring your own gun or use the equipment provided.

Visitors of all ages can enjoy the traditional country show from a truly unique perspective with a short helicopter ride, or for a slower pace of travel the youngsters can take a donkey ride.

Canine friends are welcomed throughout the two day show with gundog competitions, terrier racing and a fun dog show.

Dates: Sunday 1st & Monday 2nd 2011, gates open at 9am and adult entry is £8 full day (including evening) or £5 half day (after 4pm Sunday only), children under 13 go free and there is also free parking.

Location: Glemham Hall, Little Glemham, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 OBT. Glemham Hall is clearly signposted off the A12 at Little Glemham, approximately 8 miles north of Woodbridge.
